Time Frame
If photos are not delivered back within 8 weeks, we will double your commission (typically photos are delivered within 4 weeks)

If there are any mistakes that require class photos to be reprinted, we will cheerfully double your commission and reprint them at no charge

If you are not happier with our photos or service than that of your last photographer we will wash your car and double your commission

YES, your images are stored securely in our office behind our firewall. We also have a secure offsite backup to ensure if the worst happens your files are safe and secure.
We consider ourselves stewards of your photo library. So while you are welcome to all copies of images we will also store them for you indefinitely
YES, we sure do! And in a range of styles and formats.
Also a YES. As well as terrific print quality, our printer is capable of encoding access information for almost any security system.
If it is ok with the school, it is a YES from us.
Only $20! Or with a class photo for $30.
This is a 2 part process. First, we check payment came through. If it has, then we reprint and ship at no charge. Easy. Just like it should be.
Also a 3 part process; first we email proofs of the other photos taken (and there are always several to choose from), then we offer a reshoot at our studio or if suitable a nearby school shoot, then we will offer a full refund. No pain or friction caused!
If there is no second shoot date, they are welcome to come to our studio for a sitting. No charge.
YES always! Depending on the exact timing the order can often be included in the main school delivery. If it is after the delivery we will send it direct to the parent with standard shipping costs.
NO. We don’t believe in punishing parents. The turnaround on these orders is less than 2 weeks.
YES you can! Let us know what you’d like.
YES of course. Please note, this is only ever done by request of the parent or guardian and for their order. No scars or blemishes are removed without this permission/request.
YES we can. While our photographers used their best efforts to police this at the shoot, our photoshop wizards are very capable and no one will ever notice the difference AT NO CHARGE.
